Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping is included in the price for all items. All items are made to order and as so, delivery times are estimates only and dependent on a number of factors. Prints are typically shipped within three business days, and received within a week. If you request your art be custom framed by us, expect to add around 7-10 business days for fulfillment. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as the item is shipped. If there is a foreseeable delay you will be notified. We commonly use UPS shipping, but reserve the right to use another carrier without notice. If you have any special requests please let us know.

Return / Refund Policy

All art is custom made and as a result, we do not accept returns other than due to damage or incorrect order fulfillment. Damaged items will be replaced with an equivalent item. Photograph images of damaged packaging so we can address with the shipping company. Please double check your cart (item, size, and style) before ordering. Damaged items will be replaced with an equivalent item. Refunds will not be issued for wrong address or stolen packages. If you are worried about theft after delivery, please indicate you want to sign for the package in special instructions on ordering page.

We have a 14-day return policy for the aforementioned reasons, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Do not return the item without contacting us first. We will issue a return email with printable postage for accepted returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product was damaged during delivery, please take photos of damaged item and shipping container and send to info@artbyazien.com. We will contact you with instructions to return the damaged item. Do not dispose of packaging as it will be necessary to return the item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
